Editor-in-Chief Malachi Barrett is Battle Creek senior majoring in journalism with a minor in public affairs. This is his eighth semester with Central Michigan Life, holding positions as a senior reporter, Sports Editor and News Editor.
In addition to his duties as Editor, Malachi also participates in the weekly pop-culture and comic book podcast "The Raving Geeks." When he's not choking down old coffee and demanding for pictures of Spider-man in Moore Hall, you can likely find him downtown at The Bird.
Malachi Barrett has also held internships with The Morning Sun in Mount Pleasant, the Petoskey News-Review, Gaylord Herald Times and Charlevoix Courier.
