After a four-month soft opening, downtown pizzeria Vin Trofeo's, opened officially on Jan. 14. The event included a ribbon cutting while attendees ate pizza. William Baird, co-owner of Vin Trofeo's, said business has been great so far, and he has received a lot of incredible feedback from online reviews.
