Libby March/Staff Photographer Sterling Heights senior Alyssa Chrisman will be spending her summer working with nonprofit organization Bike and Build. She will cycle from May until August, beginning in Charleston, South Carolina and finishing in Santa Cruz, California. Stops will be made along the way to construct houses. Chrisman says she chose to work with Bike and Build because it benefits affordable housing and she enjoys both volunteering and traveling.
