The College Republicans set up flags to honor all 2,977 victims of the 9/11 tragedy 23 years ago, Wednesday, Sept. 11, on the Park Library Lawn. Flags were placed at 7:00am and will be taken down at 7:00pm. (CM Life | Jasmine Brookins)
