Isabelle Osawamick, outreach language specialist of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe, conducts the opening prayer of the Honoring, Healing and Remembering event Thursday, June 6, on the campus of the Mount Pleasant Industrial Indian School. Osawamick spoke the prayer in both Anishinaabemowin and English.
