According to Amanda Brake with the Mount Pleasant Housing Commission, Millennia Companies's overdue water bills were more than $30,000 the second time they were late on their payment. In total, it happened twice in six months. “This is quite rare, this hasn’t really happened much within the city of Mount Pleasant history,” City Manager Aaron Desentz said at the city commission meeting on June 10.
