Central Michigan defeated Ohio 75-48 at McGuirk Arena, on Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2025. This is Central Michigan's largest margin of victory of the season. The game was headlined by Central Michigan senior guard Jess Lawson recording her first triple-double of the season, with 10 points, 10 assists and 11 rebounds. Freshman forward Ayanna-Sarai Darrington had a career-high 21 points along with 12 rebounds. Freshman guard Madi Morson had a game-high 24 points and shot 75% from beyond the arc. Central Michigan outrebounded Ohio 58-34 and shot 57.89% from the field in the first quarter en route to an early 15-point lead. Central Michigan moves to 9-13 overall, 5-6 in MAC play.
