Shepherd Maple Syrup Festival
The annual Shepherd Maple Syrup Festival took place April 25-28 in Shepherd, Michigan. Festival-goers came from across the Midwest for all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage meals, Midway Carnival, helicopter rides, the Classic Car and Truck show, a horse and tractor pull and many more events. This year, the festival went through 1,780 gallons of maple syrup, which took 90,600 gallons of sap to make.
