MLK CommUNITY Peace March and Vigil
Central Michigan’s Multicultural Academic Student Services held its annual Martin Luther King Jr. CommUNITY Peace March and Vigil at the Student Activity Center, Monday, Jan. 20, 2025. This year's march and vigil were held indoors because of the extreme cold. Attendees marched through the Student Acivity Center holding up signs and reciting chants. After a keynote speech by Central Michigan senior Imani Ellsworth, people could enjoy hot chocolate, donuts and apple cider.
