Dumpling Making Night
The Central Michigan University Multicultural Academic Student Services Office hosted a Dumpling Making Night for Asian Pacific American Heritage Month in Wightman Hall kitchen room 110, Thursday, April 3, 2025. Students were given dumpling wrappers, filling and hot water on a stove to steam their dumplings. Students were shown a presentation before they started that covered the history of the food, along with the different types of dumplings you can make. They were also shown a demonstration video on how to make the dumplings.
