Baseball vs. Kent State
Central Michigan lost against Kent State 4-0 at Keiltiz Field at Theunissen Stadium, on Saturday, April 5, 2025. It was a pitcher's duel as Kent State sophomore right-handed pitcher Jacob Bean and Central Michigan redshirt junior right-handed pitcher/infielder/outfielder AJ Kostic both threw seven innings each. Bean would not allow a run, stirking out seven, and Kostic would allow two runs on five hits. The Chippewas could only muster five hits in the loss which was their third time this season being shutout. They will return tomorrow for a rematch against Kent State as they look to salvage the homestand against their in-conference opponents at 1 p.m., Sunday, April 6, 2025.
