CMU offensive lineman Jamezz Kimbrough declares for 2023 NFL Draft

Central Michigan football senior offensive lineman Jamezz Kimbrough has elected to forgo his remaining eligibility and declare for the 2023 NFL Draft.

He announced his decision via social media on Dec. 15.



As the center of the offensive line, this year he earned Second Team Mid-American Conference honors this season. He served as a team captain in 10 games this season. 

Kimbrough joined Central Michigan's program in 2017 out of Homewood, Illinois, and redshirted his freshman year. Since then, he has accumulated 43 starts over his six seasons, including all games in each of the 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2022 seasons. He did not see action in 2019. 

Kimbrough attended Homewood-Flossmoor High School and was a Chicago-Tribune all-state honorable mention.
