Central Michigan football senior wider receiver Carlos Carriere announced on Monday his intentions to enter the upcoming NFL draft.

In his lone season as a Chippewa, Carriere led CMU in receptions (45) and receiving yards (520) while also hauling in a pair of touchdowns in his 11 appearances (he missed one game due to wisdom teeth removal). He had a breakout performance in CMU's loss against Penn State posting a career-high in both receptions (11) and receiving yards (111).

Carriere announced his intention to transfer to CMU last January after spending five seasons at Maryland where he appeared in 31 games and caught 38 passes for 480 yards and six touchdowns.
