Erickson earns MAC All-Tournament team
Following Central Michigan volleyball’s Mid-American Conference Tournament run, senior outside hitter Anna Erickson was named to the MAC All-Tournament team.
Over a two-game stretch, Erickson had 24 kills while hitting .323 along with 19 digs (2.71 digs per set).
In the loss to Ball State, Erickson recorded a double-double recording 11 kills and 11 digs to complete her seventh double-double of the season.
Erickson ranks second in kills with 282 and fifth in digs (233) and blocks (55) for CMU this season.
The Chippewas went 1-1 in the MAC tournament, sweeping Toledo in the first round and ended their run with a loss to Ball State in the semi-finals.
Following the tournament, CMU moved to 20-11 overall and went 12-6 in conference play.
