MAC releases updated 2020 football schedule
Central Michigan warms up to face Miami (OH) during the MAC Championship game Dec. 7 at Ford Field in Detroit, MI.
After announcing the resumption of football season, the Mid-American Conference has released an updated schedule for the 2020 football season on Oct. 7.
Each team will play five divisional games and one cross-divisional game beginning on Nov. 4 and culminating with the MAC championship game on Dec. 18 at Ford Field in Detroit. For the first three games of the season, games will be played on weeknights and the final three games -- after Thanksgiving -- will be played on Saturdays.
Game times have yet to be announced.
Central Michigan will play two divisional games and the one cross-division game in Kelly/Shorts Stadium. The Chippewas will then play three divisional games on the road.
No fans will be allowed in stadiums throughout the conference this season.
