Mutual interest between CMU, 2021 Totino-Grace (MN) QB Kristoff Kowalkowski
Kristoff Kowalkowski has had an illustrious high school career, and with one year remaining, it's getting to be time for him to choose a college destination.
Among the possible destinations to land his services is Central Michigan, a school that is among the four to have offered him a scholarship. Kowalkowski confirmed to Central Michigan Life that he is interested in the school.
"CMU is definitely a school that I want to learn more about," Kowalkowski said. "I really like the coaching staff and everything the program is about."
Kowalkowski first came into contact with the Chippewa coaching staff in January and received a scholarship offer on January 29. Though the current coronavirus pandemic has made things difficult in terms of communication, Kowalkowski maintains communication with the staff regularly.
"The dead period has definitely thrown some thigs off but I still manage to stay in communication with all of the coaching staff," he said.
On top of CMU, Kowalkowski holds offers from Florida Atlantic, Columbia and Cornell. He doesn't have a timetable for when he will make his decision.
