Hunt for treasure and find some fun at Siblings Weekend Jan. 31-Feb. 1
Students’ siblings and parents will be coming to Central Michigan University next weekend.
Siblings Weekend, which is hosted by the Office of Student Activities and Involvement, will take place Friday, Jan. 31 through Saturday, Feb. 1.
Online registration closes Friday, Jan. 24. Registration costs $35, but it lowers to $20 for each additional sibling.
Graduate student Jacqualyn Townsend, who works in the SAI Office, said this year’s theme is treasure hunting. Activities include a photo treasure hunt, a movie screening, bowling and indoor rock climbing.
Students’ siblings and parents will be coming to Central Michigan University to take part in Siblings Weekend.
CMU Students who are with their siblings participate in events and activities for free. Students without a sibling can participate for $10.
“We really encourage students to participate in Siblings Weekend because it’s an opportunity to bond with their loved ones while exposing them to an atmosphere that they aren’t used to,” Townsend said.
Parents are also welcome to visit during Siblings Weekend. Guest tickets for parents are $20.
Meal plans are available through registration on the Siblings Weekend website.
