Alzheimer's Foundation of America to host awareness night Feb. 4
Alzheimer's Foundation of America at Central Michigan University is hosting an Alzheimer's awareness night 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4 in French Auditorium.
Natalie Douglas, communication sciences and disorders faculty member and director of the division of speech-language pathology, is the guest speaker for the event. She will discuss caring for and working with Alzheimer's and dementia patients.
The foundation will offer free food, AFA apparel, a trivia game for a chance to win prizes and resources with general information about the disease.
