Final bowl projections for Central Michigan

Amidst rumors of Jim McElwain being in consideration for jobs with other teams, the first-year coach promised he would be at the helm of Central Michigan for the bowl game.
But where will McElwain's squad play?
The bowl schedule gets announced Sunday, and the Chippewas have a team meeting planned for 4:30 p.m. to discuss the destination and practice plan in accordance with their selection.
Central Michigan, with a win against Miami (Ohio) in the MAC championship, would've likely been a lock for the LendingTree Mobile Bowl against a team from the Sun Belt Conference.
However, the Chippewas weren't able to get the job done in the title game at Ford Field.
