Fives Guys announces new location in Mount Pleasant
The target opening date is October of this year.
The popular burger restaurant Five Guys announced it will open a new location in Mount Pleasant.
The Michigan Five Guys Facebook page posted a video on May 4 announcing the new location. The end of the video said the target date for opening is October of this year.
Michigan-based company BAC Holdings LLC will be franchising this location. It currently runs more than 30 Five Guys restaurants.
BAC Holdings LLC said the restaurant will be on Mission Street, but an exact address was not provided.
On Jan. 5, the same Facebook page asked residents of Mount Pleasant where they would want a Five Guys location, mentioning Mission Street and Pickard Road.
Five Guys is an American restaurant chain that opened in Arlington, Virginia in 1986, according to its website. The chain has over 1,500 locations around the world and specializes in hamburgers, fries and milkshakes.
