Independence Day: Mount Pleasant community to celebrate July 4 with fireworks
Soaring Eagle Casino is hosting a free fireworks show in the outdoor concert area at dusk on July 4 to celebrate Independence Day.
Papa's Pumpkin Patch, 3909 S. Summerton Road, also invites the community to come to their business to enjoy the fireworks. There will be a three-hundred-gallon-per-minute backyard sprinkler set up for children to run through from 7-8 p.m.
People can tune into 87.9 FM for complete music coverage synced to the fireworks display.
The fireworks display is part of the casino's Stars and Stripes Spectacular, July 4-6. The celebration includes an outdoor concert featuring Switchfoot, P.O.D. and Black Stone Cherry and a freestyle motor cross show. Tickets are $20.
