Basketball hosts Maroon and Gold Scrimmage
Central Michigan's men's basketball held its annual Maroon vs. Gold Scrimmage Saturday morning inside the gym at McGuirk Arena.
A chance for friends, family and alumni to catch a glimpse of the team before the regular season begins, the scrimmage gave onlookers the chance to see returning athletes to the team as well as newcomers and transfer students.
The season is scheduled to begin with an exhibition game against Ferris State at 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 7 and the first official regular season game tips off six days later at 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 13.
