Celebration! Cinema giving away “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” tickets
Celebration! Cinema in Mount Pleasant is giving away a pair of passes to see the “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” movie Thursday evening.
To win the passes, contestants must go to the Celebration! Cinema Mount Pleasant Facebook page and type their favorite Harry Potter book, film or character in the comment section under the post detailing the contest.
Contestants must be 13 years or older, a resident of Michigan and could not have won a Celebration! Cinema contest over social media in the past 90 days, according to their website Celebrationcinema.com.
The first Celebration! Cinema showing of “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” located on Pickard Street, is 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17.
In addition, a 3-D version of the PG-13 film will be shown at 6:30 p.m. that same day.
The film will also be show all day Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Based off the 2001 book by J.K. Rowling, the film revolves around magical creatures in the Harry Potter Universe and is set in New York City 70 years before Potter was born.
It is directed by David Yates and stars Ezra Miller, Eddie Redmayne and Collin Farrell.
